Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and the risk of damage during transit, we do not accept returns based on personal preference (such as liking or disliking a fragrance).
Returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items – Eligibility Criteria

A return request will be accepted only if:

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including seals and tags.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The product was purchased through the official Umfas Fragrances website or our official outlet.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Once verified and approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds
